Lapsed Accounts To maintain your account you must access your membership within 360 days. If a member does not access their account within this timeframe, Energy Aware Organization reserves the right to terminate the account. We will attempt to make contact with the E-mail address provided in the account to such member within 30 days of expiration. If Member fails to respond before the expiration of the inactive account, Energy Aware Organization will terminate the account. It is imperative you access your account at least every 360 days so it will not be deemed abandoned. Although we would love to maintain all our accounts, Energy Aware Organization will not be responsible for terminating an account that a member has clearly not accessed within the 360 days. Each member agrees that failure to access their account as required fully understands it will then be our determination without liability to close the account. |
